You Don't Need to Work Harder

You Need a Better Way to Operate

  • If you’ve been working hard, meeting expectations, and keeping things moving — but quietly questioning whether the effort is translating into the right results — you’re not alone. The STAR Framework 2.0 was built for capable professionals who want to:

  • Distinguish activity from meaningful impact

  • Interrupt patterns of thinking that limit potential

  • Align effort with values, strengths, and long-term goals

  • Lead at the right level instead of defaulting to worker or manager

  • Build structural clarity and accountability into their teams

This is not a weekend workshop

It’s a disciplined, cohort-based development experience designed for working professionals

  • Time Commitment

Approximately 1 hour per week. Short, 5–15 minute video segments followed by structured reflection — completed on your schedule.

  • Cohort Experience

In addition to 90-minute virtual kick-off and wrap-up sessions, each of the five units concludes with a 1-hour online small-group discussion.

  • Program Structure

The curriculum unfolds over 4–5 months to allow meaningful integration and habit formation. Meeting dates and times are based on participant availability.

Designed for Professionals Who:

  • Lead teams or initiatives and want greater impact without greater burnout

  • Feel busy but suspect their effort isn’t fully translating into meaningful results

  • Are ready to examine both how they think and how their work is structured

  • Many participants come from healthcare settings, including pharmacists, pharmacy residents, pharmacy technicians, and students — but the frameworks apply across industries.

Next Cohort: In Development

We are preparing the next cohort now.

Each cohort is capped at 12 participants to preserve discussion quality, psychological safety, and meaningful engagement. Before enrollment officially opens, we invite interested professionals to join the early interest list.

Why Join the Early Interest List?

Early interest registrants:

  • Help shape scheduling by sharing availability preferences

  • Receive priority notification before public enrollment opens

  • Receive a $50 priority enrollment credit when registration begins

  • Gain early access before seats are offered publicly

  • The priority enrollment credit is offered as a professional courtesy to those who engage early in the scheduling process.

  • Submitting your interest does not commit you to enroll. It ensures you’re informed and prioritized when registration begins.

  • The early interest list may close once cohort scheduling is finalized.
